standard warranty question - Land Rovers Only

I am buying a 2006 LR3. Poquet Auto in Minneapolis. They have the warranty listed as 4 year 50k, but, after hunting around the web, every other used LR3 shows a 6 year 75K warranty. What is the factory warranty? Shouldn't it carry over to a 2 year used LR3? Appreicate any insight.

The 4/50 is part of the remaining factory warranty, while is 6/75 is the Land Rover Certified Pre-Owned warranty.
