Hi, all
My sunroof motor apparently went out, with the sysmptoms of buzzing sound during operation, not moving forward without manually being pushed, and, finally, stopping in aft-open position. I have it taped up right now, to prevent water leakage. Just so happens the headliner's been coming down for awhile, now, so, while I'm doing the job on the motor, the headliner backing will be out, getting relined. I've ordered, and am awaiting delivery of, the new part, but I notice one side Passenger) of the sunroof is actually stuck lower than the other. Can anyone suggest any particular precautions or advice on the replacement of the motor, and if there are any other considerations, here? |
