Default tires on lr3 2005

hey folks..

i have a 2005 lrs.....the dealer tells me that one or 2 or my tires may be scalloping......has anybody else had that problem? the car only has 7500 miles on it. let me know if u have and what was done.

Dear god, its as common as the day is long.

Get an alignment if you can.

And rotate the tires.

otherwise they will burn up before fifteen thousand miles.

And for your info tire warranties dont last that long.

And Alignments are only good for a certain amount of time and mileage.

I'm having the similar problems! the goodyear tires are terrible. Any recommendations for replacements? thanks

Tires are cupping, wearing unevenly, and when sitting over night or for long periods, the tires bump like they have flat spots - after awhile, that softens some but never goes away. The goodyears never stop roaring and unfortunately there are not many tire options. Even the loaners I've had have same problems.

Get the alignment first. Trust me.

Nokia Hakkapalitas are good tires. And they dont chop as bad. They ride good. And they are good on road and offroad.
