Hey all,
I have an 05 LR3...just recently I had water coming in from the roof. Techs. said that the grids or something were blocked and they had to take the whole roof off. Anyone else had this trouble?

I have a 2006 LR3 and recently had water dripping from the area behind the rearview mirror. I called the dealer and they suggested that the drain vents around the sunroof can get clogged and they usually just blow them out with compressed air to unclog them. I decided to try this myself and I either did it correctly or got lucky because I haven't had the same problem since.
The drain vents are located at each of the 4 corners of the sunroof well - visible from the top of the vehicle when the sunroof is completely open. In my case, I think water existing in the well from when my sunroof was open for a short while, while it rained recently. |
