Winch Mount????????? - Land Rovers Only

I want to mount a winch on the front of my lr3 I would like to just mount it on the front and be done but it is over 2k us
dose anyone make a winch mount cheeper? the cheepest I have found is rasta internal and am may go with that but is their a cheeper option I have missed?

If you have the rasta how do you like it? How long was the Install?

I had mine done by the dealer. It is very expensive but it has to be set up correctly so that it works properly with your air bag system. If you go another rout make sure the mount you buy is VERY strong since it will function as your front skid plate on approaches. Mine has taken a beating and shows no signs of damage.

I went the route of the ARB winch bumper and couldn't be happier. Not cheap, but has added to the functionality (lights, place to stand, antenna mounts, tie down, etc...) and is VERY well built. Also works with air bags, and I even re-mounted my parking sensors in it (I can't stand them, but hey, they're there!)
