I could probably find the answer if I searched long enough, but it's a lazy Saturday morning...
Are there any 15" wheels for a '94 RRC? If so, I've got a new set of BFG A/T for almost nothing! Joey |

Yes,
Gulf Coast Rovers - Stocking Custom Parts For Your Land Rover - (281)565-8600 had some you could check into. There are two others that I forgot where you can specify offset, etc. I've got 15x8 on my 1992 RR1 so I could run 35x12.5

those look great, almost exactly what I'm looking for! I love black wheels, especially after my chromed wheels I have now.
The tires I'm looking at are BFG A/T, and the size, according to the owner, is 30x9.5x15. Will those fit in my wheel wells? It seems to be only an inch bigger than my current tires. I currently have the OME HD spring conversion from AB if that helps. Thanks! |

If the lift is installed, I would stick with the stock wheels and find a deal on 235/85r16 tires... that was my favorite set up on my old RRC.

Well, I don't think there's a lift, other than what Atlantic British says that it will add 1.5-2 inches of lift.
You don't happen to have picture of your old setup do you? (If you didn't notice, I'm totally new to tire shopping... other than on a car.) |

If yes, then I believe you have a 'lift'. My first photo is OME MD lift springs and 225/75r16, the next is with 235/85r16 GY MT/R's. They fit in the wheel wells pretty well. The MD will flex a lot more than your HD's unless you have a heavy load off road.

Yeah, sorry. I'm a total newbie when it comes to modifications of a vehicle. The OME HD springs are indeed on the truck. So I guess it has a lift. I always think of a lift as some outrageous looking Ford that's 12 feet high and hasn't seen dirt in it's life.
I don't mind the wheels I've got, not a big fan of the chrome (it's peeling anyway), but I've always loved black steel wheels on a dark truck like mine. I just happened to come accross these BFG tires that are perfect and very cheap. But, they're 15 inch so I'd have to get new wheels. Darn. Here's a shot from a few years ago to show you the wheels I currently have: Nessi Thanks for you help! |

I'd strip the chrome and spray with flat or satin black spray can.. easy to touch up!
