I dont believe you can choose different ratings from that tire.....its the tire that is given the ratings.....rating per size per tire.

There is only one type of BFG A/T 265/75-16......go for it....its the best A/T money can buy.

Get the highest load rating you can. The higher the rating, the sturdier the sidewall.

I don't believe they make a selection of speed rating on their tires.
BFG's come out with a 3 ply side wall which is great. I would suggest the MT's over the AT's, but that will be something you will need to consider based on the amount and type of 4wheeling you want to do.
I prefer the MT's because they are not really that much noiser then the AT's their traction is awsume, and you will get about the same mileage out of them as the AT's. I have run 2 sets so far and got nearly 50K out of the first set before I replaced them, and it wasn't that they were warn out, they just looked like hell and were starting to get noisey from the irregular wear pattern they had developed after having the S--t beat out of them.
Good luck,
Mike J.

i agree with mike..I thought the MTs would be noisier but I can hear the air rushing through my snorkel OVER the tires. They ride REAL smooth at cruising speeds. go for the MTs

x2 on that....if its a matter of noise or comfort then just go MTs....you wont feel too much of a difference, I couldnt tell they were on as far as the ride was concerned, and I could never hear them over my aftermarket exhaust.

True and False.
The higher the load rating, the hotter a tire runs, the faster the tread will wear.
In the case of the BFG's, their big plus is they have a full 3 ply rating on their side walls, so when crawling @18#'s the sidewalls will take more abuse from rocks.
