Tim, it's ben

Just stick to some 32's until you can get a bigger lift, but still trim cause your 265/75's RUB too.

Well the current plan right now is get some 235 85 hi tech retread MTs or just go ahead and get 255/85 maxxis bighorn mudders. I am really tired of running a 265 75 offroad though. I think it is a little wide for my taste.

If your not afraid to trim, your lift should be fine. more suspension lift won't gain you more tire clearance under articulation. only trimming and/or body lift will do that....

I am running 285/75R16 Goodyear MTR's. I have a 2" body lift and a 3" spring lift with cranked radius arms and trailing arms. I had to do a little trimming, as it bashed a bit without it. I wouldn't be afraid of a 2" body lift, as it is no more top heavy than any of my other RRC's. I suppose a Disco might get a bit tippy with too much lift, as they seem more unstable than RRC's even stock.

98di

This was my 98DI with 255's and just over 2" lift(springs were custom and supposed to be 3" but only ended up netting me about the same as ome HD springs). Only needed to do some slight bending/cutting behind the front and rear tires with LR steelies. :drink

Default bumper

Thanks. I bought the bumper off a guy in our club here in Florida. He had it onm his rangie and decided to do a hybrid project so I swiped it from him and got a real good deal on it. I'm pretty sure its a scorpion racing bumper. http://www.scorpionracing.co.uk/

FordDisco96. What size 33" are those? 255/85, 285/75 or 33/xx something?
