Well use your 97's as an example, and measure all of your diff offset drops. If the numbers look good, go for it.

Why not go with 5" RTE springs rather than 3" with spacers?

I was thinking that the total lift with spacers and 3" rovertym springs would be more like 6". Im not sure if the 5" springs are taller than they say. plus its cheaper i think.

if you can trailer it, TSL/SX and just get some dana 44's under it also

I personally love being able to trailer my rigs

Does anyone have any pics of a classic Rangie with 37s on as I've just bought some 37.12.5x15 Maxxis Creepy Crawlers for mine.

I not even sure if they will fit. I've got a 2" suspension lift & 50mm bodylift fitted already & I know I'll have to cut the arches.

Dana 44s are no stronger than aftermarket rover axles.

For that, just get a D110 rear salisbury, and build it up with all of the RoverTracks Dana 60 internals.

Does rovertracks still make the DII rear axles? They used to make them right?

Statesside, you can get them from GBR or RoverTracks. I'd stick with GBR for pure rover stuff. Then use RT if you are going to do the Toyota 3rd member conversion.

the new ltb's are 35x12.50, this isn't to wide for a wolf wheel with weld on beadlocks is it?

Clifton; you might be pushng it. For my Series, I used Wolf wheels, with weld on beadlocks. 35x10.50x16 Boggers. Look really wide like that aired up. Drop the psi down to 5-8 and the ballooning effect might rub on frame and other stuff. Haven't fitted body panels yet, so don't now for sure. I would think 12.5 is not safe, or helpful. But ony one way to be sure,
