lifting the vehicle on a two post lift will damage nothing. the vehicle will not loose the air cause the system understands its stuck on something.
But, Please for gods sake your suspension compressor is not a jacking point. and please remind the good samaritan or the roadside guy that the LR tire that is flat needs to be lifted in the proper spot not on the compressor. There is a large black plastic cover that looks like it could take the weight but it cant. oh and remind the tire guys that are installing your tires as well. oh and when the compressor is really really loud then look underneath and chances are they killed it.

Way funny that i was discussing this with one of our techs!
Please be sure that roadside assistance is aware of the proper jack points on the LR3 or Range Rover Sport. Common sense should lead people to not use a lift point that is plastic! C'mon, now!!! |
