Default Best stock tire?

What is the best tire that will fit the stock tire size for a 2001 Discovery series 2?

This is the Disco you are putting the stuff (ARB, steelies, etc.) on right now, correct?

If so, then I think you need to ask yourself the question on whether you plan on lifting it, then decide on your tire size. I was originally thinking on not lifting mine and putting on BFG 245's, but after being on this forum, I've decided to go with the Rovertym 2" lift and BFG 265/75/16 AT's.

The RTE springs are $295 and shocks are $300 with a choice of Bilstein or OME. I already bought five BFG's, but haven't put them on. I got them at Sam's club for $847.

My vote towards BFG M/Ts.

if you search for tires in the forums you will get tons of results. We get about 2 tire threads a week.

If you are going to mainly use the car on-road and only medium off-road, I would recommend Goodyear MTRs.
