Been drving for a long time, and been driving, and working on, Land Rovers for 30+ years. I've never had one seize. I have had them on so tight a regular lug wrench wouldn't remove them. But that was because the last joker used an impact wrench.

As mentioned above, I've been working on Land Rovers a while. I always use anti seize on the threads (after the first application I don't use it again for a year or so), and always tourqued to 100ft/lbs. I've never had one seize, and never had one come loose.
