Default Choosing the right size?

I want to get some new tires for my 98 Disco. I want to get as big and wide as possible. I don't really go off road due to the fact that it's an everyday vehicle. So they don't have to be mud tires, cause something with a little aggressive tread.

How do I find out how big a tire I can get with very min cutting and rubbing? I don't mind a bit of shaving of the plastic bumpers to make them fit. I'd like to look mostly stock. So let me know what I can fit, or how to find out.

I wish I could remember what size Tires I had on my last Disco. The tires were Trsux M/T, these were by far the best tire that you can get for a disco. They look gnarly but are awesome off road and I didn't have any complaints on road either. They never rubbed unless I was flexing out the back, but I have known some guys who did minor cuts because they rubbed......... I have some pics of it on my website, you might wanna see if one of the pics shows the tire size.....

BTW, I liked those tires so much that I just ordered a new set of Interso M-16's for my Range Rover and Disco2, we'll see how they work. I'll definately share that with everyone, I am super excited to try these tires!
