Default Classic Rover Needs New Tires for Winter

I live in northern Alberta and i've gotta get some new boots. Can anyone make some recommendations for a multi purpose off-road as well as a good winter tire. I've had trouble finding anywhere that stocks the 200/80's so if theres some local members that live in the edmonton area i'd appreciate some tips.

Rovers North or Atlantic British carries some winter tires from Sweeden or Norway in the correct sizes. Nokkian or something like that.

Google their sites to see.
