Default Cost for 16" Rims

In regard to rims, is $600 for set of 5 Mirage 16" rims with Lugs/Caps a good price? They come with street rubber I will change out, so I think this is driving price.

I see 16" factory wheels all the time for around the $250 range for 5 wheels, without the lugs and center caps, but you should be able to use your old ones on the new wheels.

600 is nuts for them, 200 is more like it.

Thanks, a friend of mine thought the same ting. Does anyone know of any available within 150 miles of Rhode Island (CT, MA, NH, VT)?

Would really like the 6 spoke 16" that came on the 03 Disco S standard. Found a set of 4 for $500, but to far away and again price reflects tires included.

OK, the gentleman will take $400, lugs, caps and tires. How much could I get for lugs and caps?

On any of the Rover forums classified, like ours, they show up quite often.

watch ebay they are all over. Also, contact some of your larger wheel shops in area. Alot of Land Rover owners do not offroad and upgrade their rims to 20's and stuff so some have a huge stock of 16's and will get rid of them cheap.

Default 16''wheels

I just bought a set on ebay, 200 with center caps. Not scratched at all. So they are out there.

Hey brooksa,

What are you doing for lift kit, springs, shocks, etc. and where are you buying from? I am planning to go with OME medium and steering stabilizer.

Default 166'' wheels and lift

I am kind of up in the air about the springs and shocks, I the RTE 3'' set up, but its not written in stone, but Im not sure about the brake lines and all that comes with the 3'', then comes the tire question, should I just go 265 or 285, I still have the 18'' tires and wheels to put on when not going on the trail so the gas milage loss from larger tires I hope won't change too much.

On the sliders I looked at Slickrock but I just saw Mofab and their price for the sliders seems really resonable, but have not heard yeh or neh from anyone.

but back to the wheels I just saw another set on ebay, but you have to move quick, I actually was outbid but the wheels would not fit his truck, so they offered them to me for my last bid, si I lucked out.

Thanks for the tip. I checked ebay but there in CA so the shipping is $200 alone. I'll just keep at it.
