Default Freelander Wheel/Tire upgrade

I am looking to upgrade my FL without lifting it just yet. Will 16" OEM rims from a Disco or RR have the proper offset/ bolt pattern - 5x114.3 & centerbore - 64.1. If not please advise where I can acquire a set of rims for my Freelander. I am in process of fabricating skidplates and modifying exhaust system and I need proper wheels and tires.

The rims off a RRC or Disco I will definitely not work on the Freebie.
I'll have to do a little searching to find out if the Disco II/P38 are the same but I don't think they are off the top of my head.

Edit: Disco II is a 5x120 so that would not match up either.

here is a link to some 16" offerings on Tire Rack
