Default How Many techs does it take to change a tire?

Five! Couldn't help but see the comedy in it, but I also chewed off several nails in the process. First time they lifted the truck they didn't turn the air supspension off - baby had a tantrum kicking & flexing like mad (did get to witness that articulation though!). It got very nerve wracking when they started reading the manual on how to shut it off!

But in they end they did well, and the Nittos are great. I'm happy as Christmas! The ride is sweet - feels like a truck should IMO! Thanks guys for all the help & advice on tire selection. JC, I'm down for Corbett for sure

Next I think will be an ARB bumper, but for now a red nose

Unfortunately that beautiful black is going to show brush pinstriping really bad. Keeping it well waxed will really help keep it to a minimun though.

Ya it sparkles right up in the sunlight. About a month ago I cleaned it off really well with Meguiar's & Mother's products, followed by 2 coats of Meguiar's Polish and 1 coat of Maguiar's Liquid Wax using a buffer. I think I'll get one more coat of wax on before going out the 30th. Hopefully that'll protect it pretty well, if not oh well LOL.

Oh wow...Side! Fantastic! Along with your TRS, you'll have all the traction you need! Now about that black...Kevin's right...Corbett does have some dense bushes in some parts...we'll figure something out

Ya they were pretty worn, it's got 14K on it & those good years on it sucked from what I understand. It might be the 2nd set that went on cuz there was also some papers on Michelin's in the glove box. Sure hope these last longer.

JC I'll bring my branch cutters along...anything else I should take, machete, ax for instance ?

It looks good!

Will look even better covered in mud though.

Please tell me those were not LR techs struggling with your tires!

I thought it was directly proportional to looks of the driver, and you should have had at least ten techs!!!!
