These are basically your only options.
255/50R20 Continental Cross Contact UHP Dunlop Grand Trek ST8000 Dunlop Grand Trek PT9000 Goodyear Eagle RS-A Michelin 4X4 Diamaris None of which are very good for offroad.

you could try to fit some of the BFG at 20 inch rim sizes. I say go down to 18's and get some cooper STT's like i use to have on my lr3
