Opt. or replacment tires for Disco II - Land Rovers Only

I just traded in our 96' Disco for a 99' Series II. The tires on the 99' are the stock Michelin 4x4 XPC's and they are about 1/2 worn. I'm thinking of replacing them but not sure with what. The 99' is stock without any suspension mods. I had Dunlop Radial Rover R/T's on our 96 and they were awesome. They don't make them in a 255/65-16. What other size will fit on the 99'? I saw that Rovers North offers both the GoodYear MT/R and TrXus Super Swamper in a 265/75-16. Will either of these fit without a lift? Maybe a 245/75-16?

245's will work real well with out triming, 265's need at least a 2" lift and they are really great.
