For the love of god, NO!

Hell, if you want to make a rover look better, get a set of steelies, throw a lift on it, and run some decent tires (after doing the mandatory rebuilds and stuff...contact Disco Mike for exact needs).

Other than that, leave it stock, total it, or sell it before you begin that carnage.
