Steering Stop Adjustment - Land Rovers Only

I'm thinking about putting some 245/75r16 MTRs on my D1. Stock suspension with ARB bull bar. (yes, this is just the beginning for this disco). I've found a good deal on these tires, but read in the stickies that it will require "minor trimming" and "adjustment of steering stops". I'm cool with the trimming--seems simple--but could someone who has this size tire tell me about the steering thing? Any advice or comments about fitting would be nice too.

I found a picture breakdown of how to adjust the stops on discoweb. I forgot to copy the link, but just in case some other neophyte out there doesn't know about this, you know where to look.
