I just purchased some tires and this is one that I strongly considered, however, everyplace I went said they did not make that tire in the 265/75/16 or the 285/75/16. BFG's own site does not list that tire in that size nor does Tire Rack.
It is an incredible deal on that tire, just wondering if there is somekind of mistake is all. ![]()

Yeah.. according to a BFG rep two days ago, the 285/75/16 KM2 (along with 17 other 16" and 15" sizes) will be available September 2008...
The tires ARE out there for testers and what not... The contact seller's phone # goes back to Baja California adventure tours in off-road racing equipment from Wide Open Baja ... the only thing that would make this believable is if their team is sponsored by BFG and they gave them a ton of tires.. Pisses me off if it is true though, being that I just bought 285/75/16 BFG MT KMs last week..

I just got off the phone with Chuck, this is for real. He works for a company that does special promotional events for BFG these tires are not yet being sent to tire stores and won't be until mid 08.
If you are interested get back to me, he has given me a direct line to him for orders. Mike |

I cannot believe how long tires take to come to market. I know they have to test multiple prototypes and everything but... wow!
I saw those tires on a friends D-90 at the Leadville Rally in 2005, being 'tested'

To bad I don't have heavy duty axles and they wouldn't fit on my rig anyways. I'm sure I would need more lift and a saws all to the body panels
That is a smokin deal
