Two days after I bought my truck I got 'er stuck up to the door handles and had to have my bnl winch me out with his Cruiser. Humbling. UNTIL I had to winch him out 6 months later when he was buried only 1/2 as deep as I was. Yeah, after that, he stopped teasing me.

I had MTRs and absolutely loved them. If I could afford it again, I would go that route. The MTRs have a great sidewall.

I found what I think is the best bang for the buck MT. Mud Dawgs RV by Summit. I got 5 for $500 mounted and balanced. Did oustanding in recent outings to Windrock and Turkey Bay.

Remmington Mud Brutes aka Dunlop Mud Rovers. 265/75/16 MT's. Got over 20K miles on them and they still have a ton of tread left. It is my DD and I am rough on them offroad too. I think you can get them for $96 each on www.tirerack.com.
