I think we may want to reschedule this. having just been in Breckenridge this weekend and hearing all the bad snow in park county I decided to give the ranger district a call. they would not advise heading out on chinaman right now as the flatlands around buena vista are all covered with at least 3-6 feet of snow currently.

I'd really like to go, but dont really want to drive 3 hours to get to a trailhead that is impassable.

want to set a new date? (not mar 9 or 22).
