gee, do ya think? Did they mean CO instead of CO2? Given that India cranks out more PHDs than any other country, Maybe TATA has a plan, but who am I to say. Given that most cars have COs in the single digit ppms, it would take a hell of a lot of miles before they could come up with a gram.
Europe can't come up with a standard for HC/CO, concentrating more on NOX, which is so like them to live in the 'now' and not the future, NOX being the major contributor of smog, and CO being the major contributor to greenhouse gasses. I guess you can't argue with our EPA wanting to lower both.
All I know is we still can't get a good diesel Land Rover. Maybe we'd be better off if VW had bought LR.
