My name is Jim(I post as DOHC Holliday on Dweb.) I'm relatively quiet and usually just search through posts, but I will chime in when I feel I can help. Thanks for looking and hopefully I can meet some people near here.
![]() Just recently picked up an '04 Discovery. Pretty mild w/ OME suspension and some 265/75 BFGs. Just figured I'd see if anyone in the lower part of New England was on here. I'm really looking for some people to go out with on random weekends so I can get a feel for the new truck. See what it's capable of and see what I can do with it as well. I never got to use my old D1much and I really want to get out with this thing. No good pics yet. Just from my phone. Spent most of yesterday cleaning it out and I ditched the front A bar. ![]() |

Congrats on the G4 I hope everything works out for you with her.
We have a small club most of the members are from mass and nh with a few hiding in maine. We go wheeling about once a month as a club your more than welcome to tag along if you can make it. It's a good group and we usually have a great time. We have everything from stock disco's and RRC's to some fairly well modded out RRC's and Disco II. Here is the link to the Club Forum SNHLR - Southern New Hampshire Land Rovers and here are some pics from our last ride on the 6th of July. Fire lane wheeling in New Hampshire

Oh yea. I plan on using it as much as possible. As long as I've got the extra gas $$$ I have no excuses not to take this thing out.
And thanks again for your support over on Dweb, ArmyRover. I will definitely check out the site and see if I can make a run up there. |

Kevin - the drop-in was a bit steep, but other than that it wasn't too terribly deep. A small wet spot in the bottom corner of the airbox... this time.
![]() Maybe a snorkel isn't a bad idea??? There's lots of terrain like that up here. J V - hopefully you get things sorted out. All the best in that. Enjoy the truck and get used to lots of strange looks.
