Default First Time Rover Owner

I recently purchased my first Land Rover :> It's a black 2004 Discovery SE. It's in great shape with a little over 50k miles. I purchased it for my wife, but will continue to try to find as many reasons as possible to drive it to work each day :>

Welcome ! I have an 04 as well and I will keep it forever. If you keep up on posts here you will learn a lot about your rig and probably get the bug to start doing more things with it and really enjoying what it was designed to be !

Thanks for the warm welcome. Still getting used to this forum. Where's the best place to post a mechanical question/concern?

On the upper left hand side of this page is a section called site navigation. Go to the Discovery Series II Section. This area is specific to your vehical and you will get answers to your probelm by starting a new thread or you can research the topic using the search feature on the right hand side of the forum on the brown bar.

Have fun

Default just got my fist Discovery 1995

i always admire good machines... im really exited about having a Discovery 1
it nice & clean.. but the last owner did not care for it.. but now its in my hands.. it had a blown head gasket. disconnected hoses, etc...
but now its running 80% better.

every day i open the hood and fix or ajust someting.. jajajaja
it juts became my hobbie...

going to prepare it for a trip in to my back yard. (the Baja peninsula)

lets see what happens.
