Hi all! I need help answering a few questions about a 1997 Disco XD. I am thinking of purchasing this vehicle from a local dealer and would like to know if it is the real deal? Are there any special things I should look for? What about the chassis or serial numbers? How do I know what numbers to look for? The carfax report came back clean but there is a 3 year gap from 2003 to 2006 where it wasn't registered. The body is in good shape and the engine has 131k miles. What is a reasonable amount to pay?
