Default Hi, it's me!

I'm Bob from Dameron MD.. and this is my Disco

It's a 2000, with 99000 miles on it. It's had the Head Gasket replaced about 10000 miles ago, and now have been told it needs a tranny rebuild.. BUT I did a google search and it led me to the General Forum where someone already asked about the 4th Gear Ratio Error and Ist and 2nd Oxygen Senso Bank Error.. Looks like there is some work I can do myself to see if I can clear this up without bagging $3k into it.

I bought the LR used in 2004 with about 35,000 miles on it, and when I bought it it had a VERY slow radiator lead. What I was told by my mechanic, is that VERY small lead probably caused my head gasket failure.

I'm also a BMW bike enthusiast, and seem to put more miles a year on it, than I do the LR.

The other woman in my life.

I've put about 35000 miles on it in the last 2.5 years.
