LR Virgin from AZ

Greetings!
I am the proud new owner of Irma, a 2003 Disco (we also have Earl, a 1993 Camry, and Bessie, an 89 Toyota truck...Irma just fit...haha).

Brand new purchase...last Tuesday as a matter of fact! I have never bought a vehicle before and have always wanted a Discovery.

I know nothing about cars, trucks...anything, but I speak Arabic and know a crap ton about the Middle East and Islam. I'm a trained archaeologist and cannot wait to get Irma out with all the Tacomas my male coworkers drive.

I plan on learning to do most maintenance myself...I don't want to be one of those chicks who is stuck on the side of the road waiting for some dude in a tow truck to change her tire.

I'm a retired roller girl and burlesque dancer...I plan on taking Irma to Tucson so I can perform with my troupe again. She will save my burlesque career!

Pleased to meet all of you...I'm on other forums with the same username...hope to get lots of advice here!!!
