Default New to Forum: In need of dire help though

Hey guys. I'm new to this forum but I am in need of help for a dire emergency.

Anyone near Paramus, NJ, Nanuet, NY, in the tri-state NJ, NY, CT area, I need help from anyone who has one rugged ass Land Rover with a winch, powerful enough to tow a two ton 94 Ford Explorer out of some rocks and mud and a steep grade.

The car is stuck in Mahwah, NJ, off of 287 and Route 17. It's on a trail that branches off Stagg Hill Road.

His car is stuck and the only thing that can get it out is a strong, heavy duty truck capable of getting over some big rocks, mud whilst being maneuverable as it is a narrow trail.

Lets just say we got over confident and we got stupid and we went down there. Yes we were stupid and in over our heads so please, spare me the flaming.

This is just a case of asking to see if anyone can help us out.

My email is TheScientist4590@aol.com, number is 201 707 5666. This is a true and real emergency so we need help ASAP.

Thanks,
Chris

I'm to far away otherwise I'd give a hand just for grins and giggles

you might try pirate4x4.com or discoweb.org those are larger communities and might have members close by.

This place really doesn't have any real traffic at night so you may get nothing till mid morning tomorrow.

Hey Chris, I just emailed you. I know exactly the area you're thinking of and I'm trying to get you help ASAP. It is sooooo muddy up there right now, and with this warm weather--yuck. Are you a local up on Stagg Hill? If yes, you just have to hope that the locals know the stuck truck is local too... I'm trying to get my buddy who lives up there to get in contact with you... (I once got my Disco stuck IN MY DRIVEWAY in Hunterdon County, NJ and winched myself out (and took out a tree in the process)--it was not hot; unfortunately, the Disco is in storage otherwise I'd try and fish you out with her...)
Cheers,
Lindsay

Dude, good luck. But if it doesn't work out, just remember, it's only a 14 year old exploder. Seriously though, I hope it works out for you.

Unfortunately I didn't have my camera when we got the car out, but here's before hand.

Oh my lord, are you kidding us! That's a stock suspensioned POS exploder. With stock A/S tires on it. Not even A/T's. You guys were drinking, right? Tell the owner he's an idiot.

Hey John, that wouldn't actually be legal would it? Did your email change? I tried to email you about the last 4 tires you had advertised.

Stag Hill side it's ok, on the park side it's a no-no. I wouldn't venture into the Mahwah Reservation side alone.... the cops don't even patrol that area!!!

We're having problems with our email for the past couple of weeks. I think we're gonna switch back to our old web hosting company 'causer we've had too many problems with this one.

Email me at cinqueg at hotmail dot com.
