Default new kid Land Rover Series 3

Any recommendations for a "bikini" top --what I have found looks pretty expensive?
Also, any tips on changing over a 1973 (4 cyl) to locking hubs? Someone told me I have to go back at least to 1972--how big of a job is this and will it save gassssss?

thanks
