Ermal, Welcome to LRO. I can only speak for myself, and there may be some dealership techs out there that can better advise you, but from your description of the "event", I honestly believe you should speak with your insurance agent about writing off the car. The extent of electrical problems 'YTBD' Yet To Be Determined, are potentially so significant, and their costs huge. The problem is when a dealership, with the best of intentions, sees one issue, repairs it, and only then see's the next, and so on. The cumulative costs of all the electronics 'below the waterline' (and harnesses too) can be staggering.
I can say positively, that if that level of standing water entered your car in the US, write off is almost a certainty. My wife has risen to the 'glass ceiling' in the insurance industry, and having had several years of loss prevention experience, she concurs.
