Default New Member in the Deep South

Greetings and salutations, just bought/rescued a 98 Discovery. Her name is Daisy and she's a 50th Anniversary edition.
Although able to get around she's a little sick due to neglect and general lack of maintenance. The plan is to get her all well and keep her in the family.

A little about Daisy....
Only 98k on her. She started life as a lease vehicle in Florida..got into a little bit of trouble with a culvert got repaired and moved north to Georgia got into a little more trouble by gently rear ending another vehicle again she got repaired and then I think the abuse and neglect started....the swine!

Any how I now have her and plan to list and repair all her little issues..none of which major.. I hope...

So I'm sure I'll be posting newbie questions everywhere trying to figure out what's wrong with her and how to repair the damage.

Cheers

Welcome! Hope you like to get your hands dirty. These vehicles are great as long as you keep up on the maint, otherwise you will get to find out how valuable AAA towing is....

If you dont already have one, get a copy of the RAVE cd and keep it handy.

Good luck and welcome!

PS, are you a Brit? Cheers only works well with them and their colonials...

Just kidding....
