Default New Member-San Diego Area

Hi everyone,
I am so glad that I found this website. Quite entertaining and very informative.
I live in North San Diego county in the town of Ramona with my lovely wife Pam.
I am not new to off-roading, but I am new to forums.
Decided to replace my 10 year old Durango 4X4 with a fully loaded LR2.
Love the road manners of the new Land Rover. Broke it in on a 2000 mile trip to San Francisco and back.
We have off roaded it twice and I am very impressed. The Hill Descent Control is quite a trip. We are doing the dealership thing next week with Land Rover of Miramar in the Ocotillo Wells ORV area.
I'll attempt to upload a picture in the near future.
Glad to be aboard
Tom Jackson

Good to have you Tom. Welcome to the insanity of Rover ownership. It's an addiction. The LR2 is a very nice truck, and very surprising for it's size and amount of haters. Quite surprising little package, and I'm sure with aggessive a/t's or even a set of m/t's, it could do even more.
