Default new to the rover world

hello all.
i've been wheeling for more than 20yrs.mostly in jeeps.i started with a dodge 1/2 ton p/u.i put 3/4ton gmc axles under it with 39.5 tsl's it was my young and dumb years.i admit it.
it then found family life and got a '90 jp yj.i did nothing to it.i can't beleive it to this day.but i learned from the money pit that was the p/u trk.we then moved to a '96 xj.which ended up with a rustys 4.5" lift and 31"gy mtr's,safari snorkel,
wilderness roof rack and protofab bumpers front and back.and a warn m8000 winch.which was the wifes daily driver and my weekend play toy.
i just p/u in the last week or so an '01 disco.it is a bone stock le model with nothing in it.
i hooked up with a group of rovers in nj.and they r great group of people and they helped me get out of the jeep world and into the rover world.
i can't wait to start the modding of this new toy of mine.
i was looking in other directions just b4 i got the rover bug.and found a bunch of useful little tid-bitsi plan to put into the building of my truck.

i can't wait to get out into the pinelands in jersey and learn what this thing can do.
thank you in advance for the welcome.

Dave

tks,i can't wait to get it into the woods.i know for a fact it hasn't seen the woods.
i shifted the t-case on wed for the first time in it's life.the last owner put some toyo open country ht's on it so i know it's not going to do well in the slop.
i've been researching the cdl mods and i need to do some feeling up of the t-case when i get back to the house at the end of the month.i'm hoping for the best.i was at a dealer last week when i was home but forgot to ask what t/c i have.oh well.
i just can't wait to get at it.
i have do a mod already but it was an easy one.
i can't live without my satelite radio.so that had to b first.
