Smile RR Classic nut, new to board

Hi all:

I have been nuts about Range Rovers since I was a kid and saw them in National Geographic mapping the PAN-AM Highway (1972). Was thrilled when they started to come into this country but it was a long time before I could afford one. About five years ago I bought a 1994 County LWB 4.2 with 34K miles off of eBay. It was supposed to be perfect (but wasn't) and has been a long process to sort out...finally got rid of the EAS (even though I love the concept) and interestingly a few original electrical gremlins have gone away on their own (I think this car just needs to be loved, if I leave it alone for a while it is very grumpy when I start driving it again). I don't get off road nearly enough, but it's still fun as whenever I drive it I WANT to go offroad. In fact, to my suburban neighbors consternation I sometimes drive it up the steep slope in my back yard just for the hell of it (only about 40 feet, but it is steep).

Right now I have a body panel issue, but I'll post that in the RR Classic forum...these forums are great!
