Looking to get my first RR, wanted the 05 but my
Boss said no. I had to start with a (97/4.6). I've test drove it for a week, then it sat down . . . may get a good cash price on it - minus the new coil springs, I think it's too old and costly to re-do air bags.
Master plan is to fix up a little, clean up a lot and past it down to 18yr daughter when I'm done having fun with it.
I really like it though, I feel it necessary to run over something . . . it feels like a Luxury Tank. Has a good smoothe hi-way ride with exception of gas guzzle.
Still doing my reseach while driving it with 130k miles as we put on 500 in nearly a week 1/2. So far no leaks from (ps, oil, or tranny). Local experts say that it's British Vehicle so something will leak
Looking to get it muddy soon, any opinions on off road performance minus the air ride over coils?
