Can the bulkhead be removed on a Series III?

I'm thinking the top part of the bulkhead (painted green) above the chequer plate in this picture. If possible, how?

Why would you want to do that? It is what the back of your seat rests on and I do belive that it lends structural support to your rig.

Safety devices and two other rollcage companies in the UK make a bulkhead removal stiffening bar/brace just for this purpose. Check online.

I'm re-designing my roll bar (into a roll cage) and considering lots of options. I was thinking it might be possible to remove the bulkhead and replace with a dual purpose bar to 1) retain body stiffness 2) provide lateral support for roll cage. I've seen the bulkhead removal bars in D90s, but haven't seen one in a Series. I'm thinking a beefy 2" bar in the shape of the Protection & Performance Ltg bulkhead removal bar or a flat bar across or something like a stronger version of the 109" seat support bars with frame/body mounts...

My fab guy and I are brainstorming.

I'm mostly focused on building a great roll cage and the bulkhead being replaced with an anchored bar came up as a way to make my cage design more solid.
