Did Series IIA ever come with the rounded hood and plastic grill?

I was told that only Series III came with the rounded hood/bonnet and the plastic grill. Can any of you confirm?

Plastic grill came out with the series 3. Prior to that that, they were galvanized steel grills.
The rounded bonnet, with or without dished depression for spare tire, was refered to as the deluxe bonnet and was available on the IIA.
