Default foggy instrument cluster

Hi does anyone have any fix ideas to cure a foggy instrument cluster? Do I need to remove the bezel or is there another easier cure. Thanks

The seal in the bezel is probably dried and cracked.

The bezel and lenze are easy to romove. Just turn it until the teeth line up in the back and it should pop loose. i am not sure where you can find a new O-ring.

thanks everyone. It appears that it was removed in the past and caulked into place. I will attempt to clean it up and build an o-ring/ gasket. Thanks a lot for the help.
