Default High gears won't engage

Hey Guys,

Took my '63 SIIA out today and it would only work in the low gears. I tried pushing the transfer lever (red knob) forward, but high gears wouldn't engage. The gearbox behaved like it was it was in neutral.

I already removed the floor and rubber boot because I thought it might be restricting the movement of the lever, but it didn't help.

Any idea what is wrong or where I should start my troubleshooting?

Thanks,

Randy
