Internal Mirror and Seatbelts - Land Rovers Only

Can anyone tell me if a Feb 63 2A would have come fitted with seatbelts and an internal rearview mirror?

if it is a 63 2A then I believe that there would not have been seatbelts (not stock if I recal till 78. My Series III 1972 did not have them factory installed, thankfully for my saftey check... As for the internal rearview, have no clue.... mine always had one as far as i know.
