So
does anyone know if the rims from my 130cc fit onto a series 3 or is there a stud pattern difference. Just asking so that i don't pull a wheel off and try (for no reason)if someone already knows. Thanks Adam

If you own a 130cc, is it not possible to measure it yourself
Why not just stick a piece of paper up to it and find out? Regardless of anyone's opinions, a trial fit is warranted... maybe even the studs or nuts might not be compatible! |

hi Randall
The temp here was 37 C (98.6 F) so the last thing i really wanted to do was stand in the sun and swap tyres the other reason I was asking is because 35" tyres won't fit under a standard series so i would have had to pull out the tyre irons and break the bead as to the information that is provided by other members i am yet to have been given incorrect info (one of the reasons i love this forum). Thanks for the paper idea i had not thaught of this and will probabily give this a shot before doing a trial fit. Adam

If they are steel wheels and the same as what's on a 90 or 110, then yes they will fit. Defender and D1 bolt patterns are the same as Series rovers at least as far back as series II's.

Hi Randall all cool I was just being lazy I mean why work when you can ask a question.
Anyway the answer so that it's here is a bit like this. A non factory steel rim will fit. In Aus it a Sunrasier or ROH rim A rim from a 130 fits but the studs need to be replaced with longer ones as the rim is a thicker steel that the origional from a series 3. So a bit of everyone was right. Adam
