Wink Skid plate/steering arm plate pictures please

Howdy,

I was wondering about protecting the old steering arms with a skid plate. I have a friend who runs a metal shop, and has a few welders and a plasma cutter available

I want a plate made up with a little funk, but I need to see how they attach underneath with the brackets. Hey, when a case of beer, a bottle of whiskey, and an afternoon are involved I can't pass it up

Some close-up pictures would be appreciated

Most just beef up the rods, DAP makes a good set which includes new greaseable ends.

Maybe do a search for Defender ones. I don't think I've ever seen one on a Series. I just welded some 1" black pipe over one of mine. I will get the drag link clad in pipe some day soon.

KevinNY, you wouldn't happen to have a link would you?

jimfoo, I have seen a few advertised as Defender/Series skid plates, but I have only seen them on Defenders.
