Question URGENT, Fairey Overdrive Parts Wanted

I desperately need to know of anyone, anywhere that may have New, New Old Stock or Good Condition Second Hand Parts for a Fairey Overdrive out of a Series II or III. The part that I need is the sleeve and bearing that joins the Overdrive Mainshaft to the Mainshaft of the Main Gearbox, it is basically a splined (coarse) tube with an external gear (fine toothed) on one end, that meshes with the interior of the O.D. Mainshaft, the coarse inside splines mesh with the rear of the Main gearbox Mainshaft, the outside of this sleeve has a caged roller bearing which runs on the insde of the O.D. Mainshaft.
Is there anyone that manufactures these sleeve and bearing aftermarket, any help will be appreciated, Regards Frank.

Is this the bearing that does not turn when you are not in overdrive. If it is, most people have a new one machined up and a different bearing put in. Their original design was not that good and can be improved with a machining and fitting a better bearing. Take it to you local machine shop and see what they can do for you.

Ian, it is called a Clutch Sleeve, it fits inside the main O.D. driveshaft and connects it to the main gearbox maishaft, it would cost around a Grand to duplicate one off in a local machine shop + the roller bearing, I was told there is someone in the States that knocks them out, don't have a name, was hoping some one on Forum could help, thanks mate, Regards Frank

Ian, thanks again mate, looks like it will cost around $200USD for the sleeve, still hoping someone in Australia can come up with a good second hand part, Regards Frank.

Frank, Where abouts in Oz are you. I have a friend in Adelaide that has a couple of Fairey overdrives. He may be willing to part with one.
