Can anyone tell me what engine this is? It is in a 1964 Series IIa

From what I can see, it looks like the run of the mill 2.25 that was in every IIA.

Yeah, looks like a normal rover engine, though it looks like it has an aftermarket carb, but can't tell for sure.

Looks like a 32/34 DMTL weber. Could possibly be a 2.5 motor. The PCV looks like 2.5.

Thanks, one of my friends took the picture and was asking me if I knew what it was. I had no idea because I thought that all the engines had an air intake tube that went over the engine to the air filter on the passenger side?
