What year is this Rover? - Land Rovers Only

We were on our way back home from vacation and as I was getting a fill up (btw I was getting close to 19 miles per gal

I saw this in the parking lot of the gas station. Rather cool I thought

My guess would be a 1970s Series III 88"

Yeah, it's a series 3, so if it were legally imported originally, it could be a 1971-1974. The series 3 was made up until 1983, but we didn't get them past 1974...

It has US spec lights so it must be a 72-74
