Default What's it worth?

Considering selling my 1975 SIII 88" to make room in the garage for a new project. It has 62K miles, a Swiss import 9 years ago, I am the 2nd US owner. ALMOST NO RUST and nearly everything works and it drives very well. I think the biggest weaknesses are cosmetic - the dents in the wings and paint.

The Good
No rust on frame, cross member/out-rigger, sills, doors, floorboards, bulkhead. It got a total engine overhaul a few years back with correct 2.25 petrol components, recently upgraded to Defender electric fuel pump, new transmission + clutch about a year ago, hi/low range works great, brakes totally redone, hardtop + softtop (Exmoor mohair soft top is less than 3 months old), softtop hoodsticks re-galvanized 3 months ago, new rubber door seals, H4 headlamps, newer CD/MP3 stereo with 4" speakers in dash + 6"x9"s in rear, new interior with Exmoor seats/Tuffy box/Mountney steering wheel, frame mounted roll cage with Range Rover inertia seat belts mounted, new battery 3 months ago, 2 sets of wheels/tires (265/75 MTs on Disco steelies, 235/85 ATs on OEM white Series whls), etc... Going from memory here - I should pull out my file on the truck because I'm sure I'm missing some other key repairs/upgrades in this list.

The Bad
There are a few small rust bubbles in the paint around the dash vents but the bulkhead is rust free everywhere else. There truly is very little rust on this Series. It was repainted in CH before being imported and the paint isn't spectacular. The front wings have some dents/ripples and the right one has a particularly rough patch of paint on the top where someone must have had a heck of a time removing a wing-mounted rearview mirror. No overdrive so it tops out around 50-55mph. Speedo is in km. Dash is not perfect but pretty good. Doors each have their own key so its a bulky keychain. Turn signals work intermittantly, mostly working though.

There are a few pictures in my gallery here to give an idea. I said I never wanted to sell it, but its already pretty much sorted and I've got my sights set on another Land Rover project. So I could use some help from forum members to determine a fair price for the truck.

Thanks-
