The ECU is on the outside wall of the passenger footwell. The OBDI code reader is under the passenger seat. If you remove the plastic seat frame cover facing the passenger door you will see the display. It is a small palstic box about 3"x2" in size.

Are you looking for the display for the OBD2 error?
ECU encompasses so many things. There is a window ECU, etc... ![]() |

This code means power to the ECU has been disconnected and the truck has not yet been started. This code should go away as soon as the vehicle is started for the first time. Appearance of this code while driving may signal a problem within the ECU. how do I fix this problem? or how do verify that the connection to the ECU is working? |

02 for me is an ignore message.
It should go away. If you have another number then there is a problem. |

Maybe you've got a problem with the constant 12V wiring to the ecu - i.e. everytime you turn off the key it thinks power has been disconnected.
